An ASFN Radio Show?

I've been talking to the Fan Talk Radio crew about possibly setting up an ASFN show. Was really gung ho until they mentioned the 39.95 a month fee.

That would be easy to come up with amongst all that are interested.

Podcast might be a better option as it could be done for free, however for a live show there are cheaper options such as live365.com. $9.95/month for 25 listeners. $14.95/month for 50 listeners.

I'm down for paying for airtime, unless of course people want to pay me, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Hey Jay, why do you need to go thru them?

I made an old podcast for my old sports website. All I did was made it a podcast on iTunes (Really easy to sign up for it). Then I would just make the file using Audacity, upload it and it was all done. Pretty simple.

If anyone needs help, or if there's anything I can do, just let me know.

GoDaddy has a really easy to use and inexpensive Podcast software, with hosting included. It automatically sets up RSS feeds and has a built in Pod Recorder.

This would be an awesome idea, except that it would be much like the posting in here now. Imagine a podcast with just your family running it. Now if non-asfners listened. I'd think it would be a fantastic idea. Just my humble opinion.

I use a program called "Podcast Station" for my podcast. It's really easy to use and I'm a big fan. I also purchased a copy of "Propoganda" for a dollar somewhere. I haven't really used it, I just bought it because it was really cheap.
