We go on. Next man up again, and send Keim looking for a back-up QB.

This was a great win for the Cards, (despite the loss of Palmer). If he is out for the year, I predict that he will be on the sidelines like Dockett has been. He is the ultimate leader on this team, (as evidenced by the 51 of 53 votes he tallied for Captain). Palmer is in tune with BA, who is in tune with Keim, who is in tune with Michael Bidwill. I would be shocked if he does not appear on crutches on the sideline helping the offense sort out problems along the rest of the way.

Now come the Lions. They are for real. Good QB, best WR in the game. (Patrick Peterson will be on the big stage this week against Megatron). Good defense. This is a very solid team riding atop the tough NFC north.

I am so very happy that we have them here at home. I hope the Card's ticket holders show up ready to work as hard as the players do next Sunday. The team will need that, as they may be a little down psychologically. A big, loud, home town crowd could go a long way to help out against the Lions.

I believe that BA will have our guys primed and playing hard. He will expect each player to bring his 'A' game this week, not just for the game Sunday, but to practice all week as well. He will point out, (correctly), that the goal has not changed. He will still be after them to 'not let someone else dress in their lockers' this year.

I agree with everything you said except for this. I think they'll be more amped up than ever. As big of a loss as Palmer is, I think this is the kind of thing this team thrives on.

Hey Voodoo, you may be right. I hope that they come out with hair on fire.

If Stanton can survive the Detroit DL, Grossman might be a better option with a few weeks into BA's system with a limited amount of plays than Logan with full knowledge but not the current accuracy or demeanor to pull them off if Stanton goes down... yes, I'm desperate with the thought of Thomas now playing lol
