Skelton fans been quiet while we went on this win streak .. Pateintly waiting to get him back in the game.. Guess what? He choked..

You love the thought of Skelton.. But he wont live up to your expectations..

Thats why I roll with Kolb.. He's not the best QB out there.. But he is better than Skelton and I have no emotional attachment to him..

Get it?

We don't have an O-line.

Agreed, but apparently for many of you it has to be one or the other, and you can't understand that both can (and are) a problem AT THE SAME TIME (it's like walking and chewing gum, both can occur at the same time. Science allows it).

Lol, no. He agrees with me. We don't have a qb.
Kolb did OK when he had time, we all saw that. Some drives Kolb sucks dot com, we all saw that. If we had a O-line and this defense, Kolb would look a lot better. Kolb has heart, he'd rather take the sack than turn it over, I enjoy that. Goes head first when he sees the chains. He aint hall of fame but he is our best option when healthy. Did you see the wheels??? Come on man.

I've got respect for him. He's tough (though brittle), but it doesn't change the fact that he sucks. Our oline tries too, but they suck. lots of sucking.

I'm really surprised at how well he's held up this season. I didn't think he had it in him. But, being tough is just a part of the formula for success. I wouldn't be railing on the guy if we had a great O line but if you look around the league, you'll see there are very few great O lines. Kolb might be able to lead a perfect team to the Super Bowl but he's not going to lead us anywhere.

I was gonna go google images and find something clever to document the suckage that I mostly agree with, but I'm lazy and I'll take the sack...and smoke it. :D

Maybe not but you've done the reverse. You assume that someone bashing Kolb must be supporting Skelton. Even most of the people that wanted Skelton in there over Kolb weren't actually supporting Skelton.

I watch a lot of football and I can say there are very few good offensive lines in the NFL. Top QBs succeed no matter what. Example Andrew Luck and RGIII.

:biglaugh:

I will trade every Olineman on our roster for either teams Oline plus a 1st rounder next year.

You guys who bash Kolb for the abuse he's taking really don't watch any other NFL games. I'm gonna predict right now, this Oline breaks the record for sacks set by the Iggles years ago with Randall, which was like 105

Your nuts if you really believe Manning, Rodgers, Brady, etc have great seasons throwing the rock behind these clowns!

I vote purple, but I like Kolb in this campaign. I don't diss the other voters but I dig Kolb. I don't get all Skip Bayless like you are borderline suggesting there. I've always been an admirer of Skelton, for what he is and where we got him. I'm like totally politically safe on this one. :p

Skelton got us an opportunity to win the game. Period. He threw an awful INT in OT but we shouldn't have been there to begin with. He setup the gamewinning FG attempt. Its not his fault that Feely decided to pull a Rackers impression.

Look I have no idea whether any of these guys are the answer but I do know that any QB playing behind this Oline is being setup to fail. They can't run block. They can't pass block. They can't block period.

We have a Lt that couldn't start in the arena league. Our inside gets zero push. Our RT has talent but is a year early.

We have a clear offseason priority and if you think that is QB then you need your head examined

I now get it. And why people like Skelton.. Its Jake Plummer syndrome.. Jake had that one good year.. Just that one.. We have been deprived of good QB's so folks are latching on to the ASU thing..

Jake sucked.. He always sucked big time and made come backs.. Sometimes..

Good QB's dont do what Jake did..

I don't think Kolb does man. If he had some more time, he'd be OK. Skelton is so damn far off target so often. Kolb is far from elite, but is a starter. Skelton is not. My issue with Kolb was his durability. Particularly with concussions. Which was magnified by the fact that he couldn't stay in the pocket to save his life, literally, last year. He's improved significantly though

I have no idea where this comment comes from. I don't put you in the Kolb is great/Skelton sucks group but I've seen you assume the reverse when someone has made a negative comment about Kolb. I'm not a Skelton guy nor am I a Kolb guy. I cut Skelton a little more slack than I do Kolb because of his lack of experience but frankly, I'm tired of cutting our QB slack.

All you "heard" was my opinion. Trust me, if I start preaching, you'll know it.

No argument. However like I said any QB put behind this Oline is setup to fail. PERIOD

There's an old saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it." Ou Oline is broke we need to FIX IT
