Usually comes at the end of the year after they annually choke...

But lets start the party early 2 home games 0-2 record 1 of those losses to a rookie QB.

Not a single offensive TD scored. A team that is about as fun to watch as watching paint dry....

Oh and lets not forget 15 years. A decade and a half and not a single playoff victory..

That team STINKS.

Trade for Giovani Bernard... or AJ Green and give it one last big push!

Not only all that but the Bengals have a terrible reputation to boot as being a dirty team.

I agree; how does he still have a job?

Fisher managed 22 season. Marvin seems to be on a similar path, coupled with similar questionably "dirty play" reputation.

I didn't watch the game last night. I expected Dalton to rebound after being embarrassed the week before. Hopefully, this isn't foreshadowing Carson Palmers efforts to redeem himself following an equally poor performance.

If you think our tackles are questionable you should see the Bengal tackles. They outright suck. Houston was able to get pressure all night long with only rushing four. Hell on the last play of the game they flushed Dalton out of the pocket rushing three. First team to play two home games opening the season and not score a TD since the 1939 Eagles.

Wait until Browns beat them. Marvin's seat is torch hot. Games like last night's could lead to the demise of TNF. Battle of the bad coaches. One of them had to win.

I'd be surprised if he makes it past mid-season, but..... These are the Bengals who are plummeting towards Browns territory.

The scary thing is that they were proactive in addressing the offensive line. A first round pick was spent on Cedric Ogbuehi and a second on Jake Fisher to fill projected rather than immediate needs.

Being a Cards fan, has obviously not been a picnic.... But I've stayed on board since the second they landed in AZ.

But if Joe Bugel was still our coach to this day (with anything near the record Lewis has racked up) I can honestly say I would no longer support the team, and happily go back to where I was before the Cards landed in my birthplace..... Just a simple fan of the game, with allegiance to no team.... Man! the good old days.... I'll probably lose 3-4 years from the stress, of pouring my heart and soul out for this damn team.

BS. Think about the state of the Cards when Bugel was hired. Now if had taken that team tl the playoffs 7 times in 13 years and had a winning record, he'd have a platinum stautue outside a Cardinals stadium that would have been built and opened way before 2006.

Marvin Lewis' record

Regular season: 118–105–3 (.529)
Postseason: 0–7 (.000)

Yeah.... No statue, unless Maybe the Mayor was Adam West, and it was a gold Dig'em Frog.

Again, think of where the Cards were as a franchise, when Bugel was hired.

After 15 seasons in Cincinnati, Marvin Lewis is planning to leave the Bengals after this season to pursue opportunities elsewhere, league sources tell ESPN. More on Sunday NFL Countdown.

Back to #Bengals coach Marvin Lewis. When I discussed his future with Lewis last night, he told me being a GM is “something I would listen to.” Both sides seem at peace with a new start. Keep an eye on ST coach Darrin Simmons as a possible replacement.

Well the NFL Network needs a few replacement talking heads after the suspensions.
