Just listened to the Cardinals Underground podcast and heard this nugget from Wolf regarding Dansby:

"He plays so well in space, he is literally like having a strong safety back there... Karlos Dansby is a guy that owns space. He owns it. He loves it. He's like a newborn baby, nursing off its Mommy when he's in space."

That's bad, even for Wolfley.

He is definitely hit or miss.

i don't like Wolfley at all. He's the worst part of the podcast. To me, it sounds like he has taken one too many hits to the head.

He's mostly miss.

When Bickley was in China for the Olympics EXTRA 910 had Lincoln Kennedy filling in and he was usually on. If there was a station with him on every morning I would probably listen.

I file Wofley in the same place I do Bill Walton. He's there to be entertaining and is successful more times than not.

that's a pretty good comparison. I used to like Walton but now find him annoying as well.

And I the opposite. I used to hate BW, but now enjoy him. Maybe it is my old age (32).

They both have a way of making me feel smarter and dumber all at the same time. It's quite the accomplishment.

I cannot stand Wofley. He really makes the podcasts unlistenable (word??) for me. He sounds like he was hitting a bong while simultaneously smashing his head against a cinderblock for the last thirty years. Not many things annoy me more than him going "wowwwwwwwww".

Sorry, but I love the guy.

Sounds like he took one to many to the head, and in truth, he probably has. He's got that old school Art Donovan sound to him.

His wolflyisms are mostly hit or miss, and I won't argue the point that he misses on most. Even still, when I hear him, I think of the team and smile.

Go Cards!!!

I really like Wolfley... I listen to Doug & Wolf each morning. They are a good pair, Doug keeps the discussion focused and Wolf keeps it interesting.. plus he really does have some great insight into the NFL.

I got to meet him in person and he's a nice guy, too.

i enjoy the podcasts simply to get some insights and opinions about the Cardinals, especially during training camp. I especially like it when they have a "guest", e.g. Al Johnson.

It would be a home run, if they could get a coach, but that's probably tricky, because you don't want coaches giving away secrets on podcasts.
