watching the suns game on ticket last night.. Suns commentators were almost neutral obviously they wanted the suns to win but if the other team had a guy scorching or something they'd be like 'oh man he's fun to watch' blah blah blah..

now when we on our road games and we have to listen to other teams commentators like portland, new orleans, houston etc.. they blatantly talk trash about our team and cheer for their team like little school girls.. its so annoying i pretty much mute any away games..

anyone else do the same?

Oh, and whoever did this image I'd like to buy them a beer for correctly placing Tommy Heisonhole.

Yes and no. When the Suns are losing I mute but when they are winning I want to listen to the homer announcers. :D

Stu Lantz is a homer

No, he's not. He calls out the Lakers quite often, and is very complimentary to most other players on the other teams.

He never fails to call out when the Lakers get away with one, as he did multiple times tonight as well.

Joel is a homer.

Amen to that. I pity Beantown for having to deal with that duo.

p.s. Eddie Johnson is neither a homer nor non-knowledgeable.

I put Eddie slightly on the "homer" scale, but that's not really that bad. I have to agree though, he is knowledgeable. He's an experienced former player and he knows the game well.

The reason I remove his homer tag is because he calls out players on underperforming all the time. He also hypes up opponents occasionally.

And the icing on the cake is, last game vs the spurs, when he did nothing but praise bruce !@#*%# bowen.

Yeah, I did hear him praise Bowen. Oh well, no one's perfect. :D

I just don't like Marjele. He's unprofessional a lotta times. I like Doug Collins, Van Gundy and Mike whatever his name is. Van Gundy is both a great analyst (knows the game) and VERY funny. So he's a lot like me.. :D

marv albert is the ish

Yes he is. How he and Mark Jackson got run off MSG and into the waiting arms of the Nets is crazy.

Marv is one of the top radio NFL announcers as well.
