I understand the disdain for zealots and the lunatic fringe but has my stuff really been that over the top to you guys? I'm admittedly biased but I feel that my opinions, though strong, are at least based on facts and reasonable assumptions.
Don't sweat it, mokler. While you are a stated "Warner fan" you don't come close to the level of lunacy and zeal as some of the posters that have been through here in the past. As Parcells says in the Coors commercials, "but that's a good thing, not a bad thing!" :D

We have had Kevin Kasper fans, for cryin' out loud! :p

I don't mean to be a problem here, but perhaps this is not an appropriate subject to discuss here since it involves people doing things that are illegal.

While true, I think a blind eye is turned in regards to trading. As long as he's not selling them for $20 a piece or whatever. Also, since the NFL doesn't offer an alternative it muddies the waters a little more. If they had single game or season DVD's I'm sure they would have watchdog's out there clamping down on anyone even sniffing around their product. Until then, I don't think a little trading of games missed is too aggressively pursued.

I don't mean to offend anyone...

But what is the deal with the Kurt Warner groupies, really?

I really like Warner and am glad he is a Cardinal; I respect the man. But I don't get the idea of following a single player and their career moreso than a team.

Additionaly, knowing what I do about Kurt Warner, I can confidently state that he would not wish to be idolized.

CL, that's hilarious that you say that. The dude who works at my....ahem "adult video store" is a Kurt Warner fiend! He is so irrational it's not even funny. He swears that we should get rid of Leinart and keep Kurt. God forbid we win with Kurt at the helm. As soon as I saw him he'd say. "see I told you!" He didn't want to hear my crap after the Seattle game though. That was the "teams fault" though.
