I wasn't happy the way Minter went the extra mile against McCown.

I think if you knock a player out illegally you should be removed from the game as long as the victimized player is out.

Don't get mad. Get even. Open season on the knees of the Rams D-line. Engage and go low. Enough is enough

Maybe it will be some player take out Greg Williams knees on the sideline ;)

What's the movie where the QB takes the ball and instead of spiking into the ground, throws a bullet to someone on the sideline?

I'd be fine with that being the first play of the game when we face the Rams.

I don't know I think some of you are giving grown ass men way to much leeway, iwith the whole let's blame greg williams . He is obviously a dirty coach doesn't mean you have to buy in and be a dirty player and there are guys on that team that are. Imo fines don't fix the problem at some point the bully and that's what the rams are trying to be need to get a taste of there own medicine, Every team that has the rams on there schedule should be circling that date and that's the one day a few late /low /head hunting hits are ok as a player to take.

There was a play during the Raiders/Stealers game where one of the Stealers dove at Carr's legs. They flagged it but Carr got up a little gimpy. It reminded me of Big Ben's injury earlier this year and it seemed like he was trying to injure Carr in retaliation to Ben getting injured earlier which was an obvious accident.

Players play how they are coached and listen to their coaches. They have to or they're likely out of a job. It's all Greg Williams and Fisher. It's just like back in the day(they still do it today but not like they used to) when Denver Bronco linemen were notorious for being cheap SOB's and cut blocking DL because their OL coach taught that technique.

Also, believe me, teams know they are in for a dirty game when they play the Rams.

I think there is a simple solution to this, the first time a Ram player even tries to go low on your QB a lineman just blasts him while he is down on the ground or just as he is getting up to let him know you want to take a cheap hit expect immediate payback. Someone on Minny should have blasted Talib right after he poked at the eyes, blindsided him. Send a message to the Rams and Broncos you even think about it we will not wait for an opportunity to even it out it will happen immediately.

As far as the hit on the QB, new rule should be if the player is injured is removed from the game, the player doing the hitting shall be removed and not return until the injured player returns.. if it takes 4 games for the injured player to return than the causing player is out the same 4 games.. And there is no roster relief..

Also the targeting rule should be enacted in the NFL.

Joyner should not only be fined but also suspended. Looked like he did go for the head.

Joyner may or may not have been dirty on that play, but his locker room response to media was about as good as you will ever see.

I still hope this shines a light on the Rams and makes the refs stop giving them the benefit of the doubt.

It happened twice in that game although on one of them, I think the Shazier one, he was sort of falling forward into Carr.

Lamarcus Joyner:
"It was a bam-bam play. He's a taller stature guy compared to me, I did not know he was fixing to slide. When I launched, he slid and we connected. If I could take it back, personally, I will take it back because I'm not a dirty player. I wouldn't want to take joy from his mom or his team. So was it intentional? Not at all. I can't fix the problem with what's going on and how they feel, but how I feel inside is not good."

That is the thing, you are not supposed to launch yourself. Apparently his coaches never told him that.

Baloney, Joyner. He saw Bridgewater start his slide, CROUCHED DOWN in preparation, and clearly launched in the middle of the slide. He deliberately tried to deliver the blow. There's no wiggling out of that one. If he didn't crouch as the slide began, maybe I could buy it.

im sure regardless of if the hits were legal or not, the NFL will take exception to the rams knocking out all of its QB's.

No QB's = no interest in the NFL for anyone. Nobody wants to watch Shaun Hill and LAndry Jones this year. The NFL will step in , if it has ANY integrity.

I dont think the rams players are dirty. I just think they want to be physical and push the envelope. When you push the envelope sometimes you will go over the line. That is what happened yesterday. When Joyner says he didn't think that Bridgewater was going to slide...uh.. that's what 99% of the QB's do unless you're Cam or some other freaky sized QB. Its goes to show that he was nothing even thinking rationally.

I'm not one to condone dirty play. I played the game clean through college until my body couldn't hold up anymore. And I want us to hit and be physical like the rams and steelers. But I don't want the bs. Unless someone brings it to our house. Then the gloves are off. You cheap shot our QB? I want us to go after their best player. Take Donald out. Don't go QB for QB bc that's not equitable. Make them feel it. I've had enough of the bs part of the league. And Gregg Williams is just a POS. I hope his family is ashamed of him.
