1. Antonio Cromartie, CB. From the first snap, to the last Cromartie played like he was auditioning for 31 other teams. He may get a big deal from his opponent this week come March.
2. Justin Bethel, CB. While Bethel missed an importnt sack opportunity early in the game he was nails on the punt return units, forcing fair catches and recovering muffed punts.
3. Ryan Lindley, QB. FWIW, Lindley never put his head down, never looked disinterested or bigger than the moment. He's just not good enough tondo this job, and is stealing from any future NFL employer.

1. Bruce Arians, HC. Just a head-scratching game plan. After coming out throwing the last two weeks against superior pass defenses, you come out and run the ball over and over when the Panthers have one legit NFL defensive back?!
2. Drew Butler, P. I'm sure Drew is getting his share elsewhere on the board. It was never clear that conditions were especially bad for punting. It just seemed an odd time to get an epic case of the yips.
3. Tony Jefferson, S. It's hilarious to me that people thought that TJT was an MVP of the defense halfway through the year. Wasn't put in the best positon to be successful sometimes, but he also may have endangered his employment in 2015 with his play in the last 6 games.
