The state’s three major universities are also represented, though perhaps surprisingly it is the University of Arizona who paces that group, with 23,588 plates sold compared to 17,760 for Arizona State and 2,716 for Northern Arizona University.

I have had a NAU plate in the past as well.

I had cards plates for two years. Then it came time to renew and I just went back to regular plates because I dont care.

If I read the numbers correctly, the Cardinals beat out the other 3 pro sports teams and the 3 Universities......combined. Very impressive.

Part of it is they are the best looking plates. When I got mine it was between Cards and Wildcats, and the Cards plate just looks great.

Bet the dbacks plates will get a bump this year. I have a cards plate for the last few years. Been wanting to update it to a personalized Cards plate, just haven't yet.

Man do I hate Sarver. The Suns used to own that city and he ran them into the toilet.

I used to love watching the Suns. I watched for a while after Colangelo left but couldn't stomach it after a while. They just weren't the same.

I never was die hard but I watched them a lot and would occasionally come over from Albq to see a game.
I was there for the opening game at America West arena against the Clippers. If you asked me to name 3 current players you'd get a blank stare from me.

I didn't realize there were actually 3,000 Coyotes fans let alone 3,000 people willing to get the plate. In our area(New Jersey), you can get the plates of the Philly and NY sports teams but I can count on 1 hand as many plates I've seen. Couple here and there but it's just the logo, not the actual plate.
