Lmao you are on another earth my man… I fear your perceptions on all of life. SMH… bless your little heart
Just Lol and keep it moving. Josh had 3 games of 55% or under to end the regular season. Obviously was a star in the playoffs. Very curious how he does without Daboll and what happens with Daniel Jones.

I am definitely NOT a Darksider.

I'm kind of in the middle. Read what I actually say and not what you want to read into it, and you'll see that:

1. Im a huge Kyler Murray fan.
2. I think he can play better.
3. The Cardinals have some holes right now.
4. There is plenty of time to fix those holes.
5. Keim sucks at drafting.
6. Keim is good at finding value free agents.
7. I would not have extended Keim or Kliff.
8. The Cardinals can win with both, but I have some doubts (especially on Keim).

It's almost like it's possible to think there are issues but not solely focus on them and turn every thread into a doom pit of misery.

There is plenty of good with this team as well. It's possible to see there are issues but trust they will be fixed before the season starts and looks to accentuate the positive than focus on the negative.

Crazy if you think back on all the games that we were a play, bounce, not a fumble, away from losing and still pulled out the victory. This is what gives me concern because we really did get a lot of breaks last year. But, all the teams in the playoffs are listed there as well so….

I think most of our wins outside of the Vikings we dominated. I think we had the most wins by 2 scores or more of any team last year.

I posted this more as an indicator that even when we lost they were tight games.

Why is there so much focus on ”replacement yards?”

Just because a backup may or may not replace all or part of the yards gained or stopped by last year’s starter doesn’t make it an automatic trade-off.

Starters and replacements (and their blockers or sack-producers) aren’t necessarily equal. New guys don’t automatically equal, exceed or fall short of the dude they replace.

So, while scoping out the trade-offs of last year’s guys and this year’s is a fun activity, I’m not sure I’d want to hang my hat on it as an accurate predictor.
Without knowing the answer I’m willing to bet there’s a relatively high correlation of yards to points unless there’s an unusually large number of turnovers in either direction. So if you substantially underperform in yardage from one year to the next you’d expect drop off in scoring, which in turn likely leads to fewer wins. That is, of course, a presumption I’m making. But I believe it’s a reasonable presumption.

Yep that's my view. While I DO see the issues, there is still a clear path to being a good team.

It's not like 2002. The Dave Mac era teams were so bad, so devoid of talent.

There's an elite training facility in Tempe. Disgraced LSU running back Darius Guice was training here pre-draft and my brother (LSU Vet School 2019) thought he was gonna be a CArd.

2 games. Murray wasn't good enough for 4 out of 6 games.

And Allen was dynamite in the playoffs. How did Murray do?

You can LOL all you want, but Murray isn't in the same stratosphere that Josh Allen is.

You're right. Murray was gawd awful in the playoffs. And so was the rest of the team. Coaches and players. So neither is Kliff in the same stratosphere as Daboll and McDermott.

The recently banned DaHilg's pointed out how well Daboll did. However, your point was that Daboll had a consistent QB. MY POST was agreeing with him as the Bills didn't have a QB lighting up the end of the regular season throwing either.

He had only 2 games over 60% his last 6 regular-season games of the season with his #1 WR. You remove the recently 100 mill Diggs Im sure the #s would have been worse. And yet I don't think that team would fall apart because they are so well run.

Kudos to Allen for lighting it up the playoffs. Wonderful job coaching by Daboll and McDermott to win games and build momentum despite their QB throwing 3 ints and struggling to be accurate with the football.

Bills are in another stratosphere from the Cardinals today. They don't have to play great to win and looked extremely prepared in the playoffs from top to bottom unlike us.

We haven't shown any interest in Cooks yet.

Didn't he have nasty concussions that some said might end his career?
I thought that was Cooks?

Big red flag if that's correct. A small 1-year deal is one thing, but it'd be warier than relying on AJ Green imo.

I'm going to hazard to say that he's going to need to have at least some playoff success before labeling him as such.
He's already a two time Pro Bowler and rookie of the year. He's a star already. Plenty of stars in sports have little playoff success.

It's definitely a subjective term, but getting league recognition qualifies.

So Peyton Manning wasn’t a star before Dungy arrived?

Fair enough.
