I've poked my head in a couple of games and there is some very good hockey going on right now. If I had to root for someone it would probably be the Canes.

I don't blame you at all. that's how I would feel as well. there are some really good teams out there. the canes have a good team and can hang with anyone.

they barely made the playoffs and would not have made it in the west. I don't understand how that achievement is more difficult than winning a cup. with that said I probably watched one or two of their games all year.

avs clinched, I think they are playing the dal/vegas winner?

Vegas look like they are running out of ideas and went with a lot of changes in game 5 that ultimately did not change the result. Peiterangelo took a bonehead revenge penalty that led to the go ahead PP goal.

Oilers should take care of business in their series.

Panthers, boy they look impressive and may have ended stamkos' TB tenure?

Rangers in 4, no surprise there.

Preds/Canucks still going. I have no idea on that one.
