The Clips seem intent on getting another PG due to concerns about Livingston's health, so I picked Crittenton. They still have Cassell, so he does not have to start immediately.

Yeah, but Crittenton laid an egg in the tournament (according to DX) and should have gone back to school. He basically sounds like Shawn Livingston Part II.

I picked Nick Young, so they have a scoring wing in line to replace Maggette.

They could take a wing like Stuckey or Young and package Maggette for a PG. Perhaps Bibby?

Here is a typical writeup on him:

http://www.star-telegram.com/287/story/147551.html

3Javaris Crittenton
6-5, 194, Fr., Georgia Tech
Last season's stats: 14.4 points, 5.8 assists, 2.0 steals per game
What he brings: Scouts love his size and athleticism and see star quality -- although he is young and has a lot to learn -- which could push him ahead of Law. He's smooth with good ballhandling skills, has a solid jump shot and seems to have natural point-guard instincts. He could be a big reward for whichever team takes the risk.

What he lacks: He doesn't have the big-game experience of someone like Law. He can be erratic and at times is a poor-decision maker. His ability to run a half-court offense is also in question.
Best fits: LA Clippers, Washington, Atlanta, Miami

Hey, it's Antonio Daniels!

naw, he directed an ACC program to the ncaa. he wasn't spectacular in the tourney, but he was at times during the regular season. he's got fantastic vision. and smoooooooooooth.

i love his potential and was a bit surprised he came out this year. i was hoping he'd be a late round steal . . . i was wrong.

IMO The Clippers are basically done with Corey Maggette, and they will more than likely trade him. I think the Clippers will take Thaddeus Young with this pick.
