Thats a big commit for the Devils, alwyas nice to get a 4 star guy at a position of need ,even if he is a JC. I believe he's got 3 years of eligibility remaining, is that correct?

Yea, he is 3 to play 2.

Ah I was thinking he actually had 3 years of playing eligibility left. Well thats a slight bummer but Im still happy to have him of course.

ASU is on 5 more guys who are 4 or 5 stars on Scout if they could land 3 of them that would be huge, but 2 seems far more likely as Im sure Cullen isnt coming now that ASU has Schwab. I figure ASU has no shot at Jeffcoat, and CB Anthony Jefferson doesnt have ASU in his top 3.

According to Rivals, Tennessee is no longer in the lead for John Cullen. Is Oklahoma the only other major threat to ASU?

Id imagine ASU landing Schwab would be the biggest threat since both guys are theoretically left tackles. I suppose if you could convince Cullen that it would be an open competition for that spot he may still come, who knows.

I'd figure that it shouldn't matter who plays LT, the other will be the starting RT. It won't hurt draft stock as coaches and GM's make determinations whether a RT can play LT in the NFL. I think the major competition in Oklahoma and Auburn.
