The only way to get it out of the league is to ban it & suspend that player for the next game. If it happens a 2nd time in a season the player & Head Coach are suspended without pay.

The same crap by the Iggles ruined Eric Swanns possible dominant career!!!
We think alike my exact reaction to that was that's how Eric Swann first hurt his knee some cheap azz Eagle player diving at him and then calling Swann a dirty player when they showed the cheapshot on tv later. He claimed Swann had pushed his helmet into the turf, the problem is the play where Swann did that, the guy was diving at Swann's knee, and missed. So he did it again later and put Swann out.

OK. Because nothing was done, now the rest of the season our opponents know that if they cheap shot one of our players, nothing is going to be done about it because, by golly, we're going to play fair. Screw that. There comes a time when you have to make a statement and when CC got knocked out, that was it but nooooo we have to show the rest of the league what nice guys we are. You know what they say about nice guys, right?

Here's why I now have no respect for Broncos fans for the most part. They cant even admit, yep that was bad, I wish he hadn't done that.
You still kicked our butts and you still won the game it was just one play.
So why cant Broncos fans just say, hey, that sucks and I would rather my player hadn't done that, I hope CC is ok.
I have been looking all over the internet at comments and I have not seen on single solitary Bronco fan who expressed any kind of sympathy or care for what happened. It's all just this macho; "Excuses are for losers" or "The cardinals suck and there was nothing illegal about that play."
I'm sure there are good Broncos fans out there who can be objective and who expect a little more out of their teams integrity than this, I just haven't found any yet.
