OK. Because nothing was done, now the rest of the season our opponents know that if they cheap shot one of our players, nothing is going to be done about it because, by golly, we're going to play fair. Screw that. There comes a time when you have to make a statement and when CC got knocked out, that was it but nooooo we have to show the rest of the league what nice guys we are. You know what they say about nice guys, right?

i agree with this, this isn't pee wee football where we are teaching our children about fair play and sportsmanship this is a grown ass game played by grown ass men the next play somebody should have knocked thomas the **** out he had it coming there are three things you never mess with in life you never mess with a mans woman you don't mess with a mans ego and you never ever mess with a mans money,

thomas was taking out CC and in the process he was taking out CC's livelihood and by extension his money, he should have been taught a lesson and maybe next time he'll think twice before he takes a shot at somebody

He should be fined and sit until after CC comes back. But the Broncos are known for this.

People keep saying this but keep in mind this is an entirely different Broncos team.

They were known for doing that when Shanahan was the coach and Alex Gibbs or his disciple was coaching the OL. All those guys are long gone now.

So have the Broncos been a team that's done that in the past, absolutely, do they do it regularly now, I don't really know, that's really more of a thing associated with running teams Denver is a passing team.

Thomas has officially made it clear he's a moron. First he denied it was against the rules, then he said he didn't try to injure CC and sought out Cromartie after the game to tell him to apologize to CC.

Now he's saying it was a "miscommunication" with him and Clady that led to both of them going to block CC at the same time, not dirty. Umm, even if you didn't think Clady was going to square up to block, you still dove at the side of CC's knee, THAT was the problem you moron.

The interesting thing is the NFL has said that they will determine later in the week if Thomas, Clady, or both will be fined. in other words the NFL clearly thinks it was against the rules and probably fine worthy, they're really trying to determine if it was intentional or not. If they fine both players they're effectively stating it was intentional.

I have a hard time believing otherwise, it was the 3rd play of the 2nd half after CC was great in the first half. I think it's pretty obvious Denver decided they need to slow him down.
