Eh, don't worry about him...he's crazy. It doesn't lose any flavor...it's soaking in its own fat...but somehow gets crispy.

If you were going to improve turkey, and it needs a lot of improvement, this is absolutely the best way to go.
You know what.. I love bacon as much as the next guy.. But I really don't feel like I should eat it all the time.. I don't know if I'm getting health conscious or what.. But it just doesn't feel like its something I should eat all the time..
We now eat turkey bacon 95% of the time that we eat bacon. It's not bad, actually it's pretty good. It's not BACON, though, but it's much more healthy.
However, THAT is the kind of turkey bacon I'm hoping for!

Turkey bacon is (insert swear word here) gross.
Why is it called turkey bacon? Seems like it is made with processed turkey thighs.
