Oldest rivalry in the NFL.

For decades, the Packers-Bears rivalry was called out as the oldest, but historians persevered and corrected the mistake.

First game between the (Chicago) Cardinals and (formerly known as) Decatur Staleys was in 1920. First game between the (then-known) Chicago Staleys and Green Bay Packers was in 1921.

One more thing: the Cardinals were never actually called the "Racine" Cardinals. They were the Chicago Cardinals in 1920. "Racine" referred to Racine Street in Chicago where they played in the formation of the AFPA. Some official documents referred to them as "Racine" to differentiate them from other pro and semi-pro teams in the Chicago area.
