I don't understand how anyone can root for ED but it seems like him and Danielle have the biggest fan base. At this point I don't really have a favorite, everyone has something I can't stand about them but ED is by far the worst, in my opinion. I just don't agree with the harsh personal attacks. There is a difference between brutal honesty and cruelty and he regularly crosses that line. There is no need or game advantage to a lot of the stuff that is said. But, like I said, I don't really care who wins at this point and it kind of makes the show less fun.

I don't like him either but am not surprised he has a large fan base, he is what he is. In my opinion his rants are no different that Jameka's which I don't care for either, just different content.

IMO if the house wants to shake things up they keep Dick and vote out Danielle and watch Dick implode, would make for good reality TV. But I also think that Dick and Danielle have the best chance at the veto, especially when they want it, so Danielle is probably coming off the block, whoever wins it (just speculation).

Either way their semi-formed side (Dick, Danielle, Jen and Zach) will be miles weaker if/when either Dick or Danielle go, who’d have thought. Myself, I find Zach mildly entertaining, got to love the bunny suit segment but also find less than redeeming qualities about the others in the house, thougj Jessica (voice aside) is growing on me, but I don’t think she can hold up if Dick turns his attack on her, but she may surprise me.

Does seem like if any huge shakeup is going to happen it'll be now.

Dustin volunteered to replace Dick when Dick won POV. you could tell he had just a twinge there of what did I do when he realized how often the pawn goes home.

In theory they have the votes to get Dick off but you never know, Amber, Eric, Jessica and Jameka all figure to be locks to vote out Dick but then you have the America's Player angle where Eric had to try and get Dustin on the block. If America wants Dustin out, Eric has to change his vote and suddenly you have Eric, Danielle, Zach and Jen having enough votes to eliminate Dustin.

I understood Dick's plan but he may have gone too far, there is zero chance of swinging a vote after how he acted all week, the only chance they have is Eric being forced to vote out Dustin by America.

Prediction: America votes for Eric to vote Dustin out. Dick drums up enough votes to make it happen.

Well, America did vote for Eric to have Dustin voted out. So, I'm hoping the Dustin goes home this week. That would be awesome!

Scroll down to the America's Player section ....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Brother_8_(US)

I didn't think voting was concluded yet? If true that's pretty significant because it probably means Dustin goes home unless Jen or Zach
don't vote as assumed.

That would be huge and fitting since Dustin lied last week about his own vote.

i dont see either of Jen or Zach voting Dick out. it would make no sense for them to do so. Dustin/Jessica/Amber/Jameka/Eric vs Zach/Jen/Danielle.

we'll see though. IF eric has to vote out Dustin, he'll then be the next one out. he has already been on the hot seat with Amber and Jessica, and he has also petitioned to have Dustin put on the block. and Dick will do his best to make sure everyone knows that Eric betrayed them.

i hope it goes:

Dustin
Eric
Jameka/Amber
Jameka/Amber
Zach

Yep, initially I hated the America's Player portion of the game but it does appear it's now playing a pretty big role in the outcome of votes.

Yeah it was stupid of Eric to let it go down that way..He should know by now that America is using their vote to sabotage him and the vote will be for Dustin to go home. Maybe he knows his days are numbered and he is just trying to make some cash beforehand, but if he actuallu wants to win he should have hinted to put himself up, to negate his vote.

I don't think that it's "official" but, I saw the wikipedia link a couple of weeks ago, and the results for the voting were correct, even though they hadn't aired yet. So, I'm definitely thinking that Dustin is the person that America voted for Eric to evict.

But I guess that we'll see soon.

I thought this last night too. America shakes the alliance.

It will most definitely be a boring show without Dick, my personal feelings aside, he does get major points for keeping his word and taking Danielle off--so putting his abrasiveness aside I am sort of rooting for him again (I am sooooo wishy-washy) though I don't see any of the housemates giving him their vote in the end.

Eric has stepped all over himself as America's player, if he was going to talk to Jess anyway he should have passed on the "silent treatment" factor and waylaid her suspicions, and he should have NEVER allowed Dustin on the block if he wanted Dick gone, Dustin is a strong player and a string puller that needs to go and this may be their best chance without having to break the "alliance" to much. His own crew gets him out by the "other" side’s votes, no harm, no foul; Dustin has hate only for Eric when it gets out and Amber/Jess/Jameka stay in his graces. How close are we to the evicted being jury any way? I never remember that part.

America definitely wants to keep Dick in there and keep the show exciting. Once Dick leaves, it will be the Nerd Herd Part II and I think everybody stopped watching Season 6 when it was those three boring girls in there sitting around playing cards. Lowest Big Brother ratings ever.

I even watched the whole season but stopped when Janelle was voted out. Boring.

Agreed. I like Dick but sometimes he is way too harsh and I really don't see anyone but Daniele giving him a vote in the end (if she was in the sequester house). I'm pretty sure that whoever gets voted out tonight will be the first person on the jury. Which brings me to another point ... everyone that is against Dick in the house should be smart enough to realize that they need to take him to the end, because the people that would be on the jury wouldn't give him a vote anyway.

Ha! So did I. Ivette and Maggie were so boring.

i think he MUST vote for who ever we say.

on every task that he had to do, he at least had to attempt to successfully complete them. so i dont see how it is possible to try to vote for whoever we want, and then not do it.

He doesn't even get to vote he just goes in the room for appearance sake, america decides that vote! Which is funny Eric being the AP is whats going to screw up their alliance. Dustin had better hope that Jen or Zach decides to vote with them or they lost their power already. I see Dustin going home tonight with votes from Danielle, Jen, Zach, and America. Then its gonna get real interesting because Dick will expose Eric even more for the mystery vote that gets Dustin eliminated! Shoot Jessica may even vote for Dustin to go. The only stupid irratating people left for me at this point is Jameka and Amber who both are just ******** people. I am sorry but I know plenty of religious people and they don't act like these two classless bi@#$%. Dustin is a piece of crap but I think he will be gone tonight!

Its getting crazy.

I can't imagine Dick making it through tonight.

What is Jen thinking? Dick and Danielle blasted her and are now using her and she is allowing it. She should have used the opportunity to make an alliance that would help her.

I don't like the "America's Player" thing. Eric was flying under the radar and his strategy was working until the plane and mystery votes.
-Mustard on a pillow.
-Silent treatment.
-"I would buy that for a dollar"
What is the point of that nonsense America?

Jessica got a brain freeze after Jen floated the Dick/Dustin alliance but she has to wake up now that both are nominated...that is not much of an alliance.

If Jen is truly the double major/intelligent girl from Beverly Hills instead of the person she is on the show...I really hope she wins. Oh... and she is smokin' hot.

I think Jen realizes that Dick might be the only person in the house she could beat in a final vote?

I have to say I still have no clue what Jessica was thinking when she got all emotional and said they're all playing me? What possible thing in the house would lead her to believe Dick and Dustin were together? At first I thought she was pretending to believe Jen but then it became obvious she really did when she started crying.

Jen is the definition of no matter how hot someone is somewhere there is someone sick of their nonsense. But I do think Dick has gone way too far with his ripping of her, last week it was over the top with the others by plan, but his comments to jen from virtually the beginning were as bad as the ones to the LNC last week.

Have to give him credit though, POV came down to the very last shot and he hit it for the win.

I agree about Eric and the AP thing but I can't get past his comment to Dick about knowing a secret about Amber, that was REALLY below the belt I am really stunned he was willing to go that low even though he never actually outted her. People will cut him some slack once the AP secret comes out but I don't think Amber will ever forgive him for that threat.

I have to admit a house full of people I don't like makes for good tv.

LOL..true. Unless they are in your house!

IF Dick makes it through this week and either Dick or Danielle get HOH...that house will be turned upside down.

Dick will have Jen, Danielle, and Zach. Jessica will be on the fence if her and Eric don't make up and easily swayed because she wanted Danielle out and Dick has said nothing negative to her.

Anti-Dick

Amber - for what Dick has said to her/mocking her, her child, and her job choice.

Jamika - Enough said.

Eric - Obvious hate and power trips between them. And Yes...what Eric told Dick about Amber was his biggest mistake and certainly cost him the game (if AP didn't already). Eric had Amber, Dustin, and Jessica locked with Jamika on the anti-Dick train.

i really dont see how Dick leaves tonight....especially if Eric's vote is for Dustin.

Jameka/Amber/Jessica all vote for Dick.....while Danielle/Eric/Zach/Jen (she'll leave Dick alone here because of the Slop thing).

if that plays out....then the whole house is a mess. Eric wont be trusted by ANYONE anymore, and chances are Jessica will defect to the other alliance. Dick/Danielle/Jen/Zach have nothing against her, so it would be smart of her to do so.

so that leaves the Eric flying solo and the crazy christians to fend for themselves.

Eric MIGHT then be able to fly under the radar for a couple weeks with Dick going after Jameka and Amber though

Which would be Dick's worst mistake since voting out Nick.

I hope he knows that he has to go after Eric, if he stays tonight, even if Eric manages some smooth story letting him know that the it was his vote that made the difference. Eric on his own is unpredictable, with America playing with him we will NEVER know what direction he'll fly in.

If Dick does leave Eric flying under the radar he needs to go after Jameka, Amber without her would be freaking clueless and Jess is easily swayed. Tonight’s vote will certainly impact the flow of the game as much as the others haven’t.

I am pretty sure Zach told Jessica that he will vote however she wants. That is his plan he said...a pawn for the HOH to use, no matter who the HOH is.

I think Dick goes home but Eric is told to vote for Dustin and then he will be done.
