Mayocks 2019 draft was solid, despite him blowing the first 2 picks. Crosby, Abrams, Renfrew.

He also found Waller on the scrap heap.

Bryan Edwards is ok, and I think Leatherwood is a good RT in the NFL for a long time.

Other than that, his drafts are not great.

He's not a worse drafter than Keim.

Mike Tomlin had six seasons as an NFL coach -- five as a DBs coach -- before becoming Head Coach of the Steelers.
Zac Taylor had six seasons as an NFL coach before becoming Head Coach of the Bengals.
