WOW!!!

Pretty bold move IMO. To cut a proven veteran (even though he had a bad year) to go with McCown or draft pick is significant.

I called my dad, and he was pretty excited about the move. He was saying at the end of the season, that if he were in charge, Blake would be gone. I thought that it wouldn't happen, but color me shocked (but please don't Color Me Bad)!

I agree that cap-wise this wouldn't make a whole lot of sense.

This would be a real head scratcher for me too, if it indeed turns out to be true.

I'm not all that high on Blake, but I think he COULD be a very serviceable #2. (behind McCown )
