suns slow on transistion D like others have said, only nash is there to have them score an easy 2.

Good night folks! One of the ugliest games, defensively I've seen in a long time.

nash looked frustrated going into the half. after flipping that shot up and just laying down, the season's trend is sinking in on him.

Suns down 87-73 after the 3rd quarter. :( Suns shooting 45% with 2/8 3 pointers, Trail Blazers 59% with 5/12 3 pointers.

Suns have committed 8 turnovers (Nash with 2), Trail Blazers 9.

Suns have 8 offensive rebounds, Trail Blazers 4.

Suns have hit 15/15 free throws, Trail Blazers have hit 20/24 free throws.

Poor offense from the Suns in the 3rd quarter plus the continuing horrible defense. :(

Barron is listed as a PF. No way shape or form is he skilled enough to be a PF. Actually he has very limited skills to put it politely. If he not matched up to guard a center he should not even be in the game. I'm not sure why the Suns have this love affair with Barron.

well, I could at least root for the good Suns of last year's team on other teams now, Amare and Lou!

Ugh. Suns lose 101-94. :( It would be nice if the guys could have given a crap/played with some urgency a lot earlier in the game.

I don't know what plays Gentry is calling, but all the Suns are doing is putting up threes. Is that the play that Gentry came up with out of a timeout? It doesn't help that our leading scorer hasn't hit anything in three games. The Suns play like crap again and then hope they can pull it out in the last few minutes. It doesn't work that way.

When the Suns play poor defense to begin with and then can't find a way to score, they won't win many games. Barron is useless offensively. Frye rarely scores inside. Even when Lopez comes back, it's not like he played well before getting hurt. The Suns need to make a move to bring in someone who can score inside.

Sigh. This is the 3rd time (I think) that the Suns have lost to a team on a back to back. :(

At the start of the game, the graphics on the screen showed him as a PF, with Frye at Center . . . but Gary Bender announced the opposite.

If the Suns support employees are confused about who's playing where, I wonder where the players stand.

Gentry and the players are trying their best, but I have never seen the Suns organization so discombobulated.

Unfortunately, we're going to see A LOT of JRich throwing the ball up until he gets his mojo back. It's no secret: 3 straight bad games by him, 3 straight losses. He's obviously the key to us being competitive in games.

And Barron is awful. But he is a good lesson--you can't just sign any big man just because he's big. How a guy that tall can't finish a dunk 6 inches from the basket is beyond me. He doesn't pass like Diaw, but he sure finishes like him. Except that Boris actually made those layups from time to time.
