Reading between the lines when he said "the Broncos were a “different fit” when it came to his alignment with ownership and the front office" points to MB as the reason he chose someone else (Broncos)
Which is what I’ve been saying, and people keep telling me I was wrong

What decade do you think this is??
Michael Bidwill has never been anything but respected all around the league.

and the Bidwill cheap thing is so antique, it's stupid. The guy can't stop throwing money away.

Kyler deserves some of the criticism he gets, but some of it is also just straight click bait. He has become a symbol of youth culture for older people to drone on about endlessly. Again, some of the criticism is 100% warranted, but the fact that his character has taken way more media hits this offseason than someone like Joe Mixon is pretty messed up.

See that's the Truth. We're all at least a little skeptical of Kyler at this point.

But some of us don't like to see him turned unfairly into a social punching bag.

Bidwill and the Cardinals are in the lowest bracket of owner/franchise. No doubt about that. QB's come and go, he doesn't want to be married to Bidwill, or Bidwill was too cheap.
Like it or not, Bidwill is a meddler. And coaches like Payton want nothing to do with meddlers. Either Bidwill comes to grips with this, or we will always have to settle for inexperienced HC’s. Sometime we’ll get lucky with a hire, and more times than not, we’ll be looking for another HC in 2-4 years. It’s been like that since the 60’s, so it’s not rocket science.

He’s respected because we’re a doormat and don’t rock the boat. The problem isn’t that he‘s cheap. The problem is that he’s a meddler. The Bidwills have always been meddlers.

Payton interviewed in az and denver flew to michigan to make harbaugh an offer he couldnt refuse...but he did.
So they got back to denver and suddenly payton is their coach. Seems pretty obvious they either caved to his demands or added more money.....funny what people with billions will do when finally being faced with not getting what they want...at a certain point its just about saving face and not being considered an also ran by their peers

Rumor has it, he didnt want Russ either. Looks like he settled.

My point is--to ignore or disguise the elephant in the room and attack people for reporting the fact that Murray is a handicap to this team is crazy.

The cardinals made the mistake for paying him the massive AAV contract and now are stuck with a QB that franky very people people even want to coach.

The only people they can get interested are first timers.

Such an albatross he is for this team, at least for the next couple years

Discuss

I will discuss that it is fake news spewed by a drunk idiot and you should not consider random opinions as bias confirmation

Also what an absolute shot at Michael Bidwill. You can't close this deal????

Payton mentioned how his son is Murray’s biggest fan. After the coach’s seven-hour interview in Arizona, his kid even showed him different Murray highlights from his high school and college days.

This deserves its own thread.

Wait. So Kyler Murray, the same Kyler Murray that doesn't like to leave his Texas home, headed over to New Orleans to have dinner with Payton at his Uptown Apartment. All just so that Payton can get to know Murray?

Yeah that sounds like something Kyler would do. LOL
During his rehab no less.

I'm thinking/hoping the issue was about how much they had to compensate the Saints to sign him. I wouldn't give up #3 & the amount of the picks that Denver gave up. I would next years #1. That or the amount of control SP wanted.
