That's the problem. It was preseason. He was going against players who are no longer in the NFL anymore. Yes it's great that he had success against nobodies during a meaningless preseason game, but that doesn't mean he will have the same success against NFL quality starters or backups.

We should all be grateful that he had that success late in the game during the preseason. It allowed the Cardinals to salvage something out of him at least.

yeah im just gonna have to go with my eyes and the best team in football right now - not too mention how his position became such a position of need - yet everyone's still on the no big deal wagon

Good lord it’s almost December we’re in the middle of a playoff hunt and we’ve been relegated to debating Cam freaking Thomas who was traded away almost 4 months ago and not on the team??? Seriously?

This seems like some old season lost in the first month or two type ish that would be brought up when we start 0-6 or 2-8 etc…. Smh
