Well really Plummer has played a good game but the Broncos secondary needs to stop drop and roll cause Peyton is incinerating them.

Whether it's all on Jake or not, it has been funny to watch the Broncos posters come on here claiming Jake was going to take them deep in the playoffs.

At the half he has 0 TD's and 1 INT.

I wonder if we'll hear from any of them if this game continues at this pace.

:D

Its happened before(Houston/Bills) but not sure even Jake could bring back this Broncos team . I kinda felt they were a fraud all season but who would expect a total blowout at this point. Plummer has had a decent season but I don't think his 4th qt miracles will help today....same old Plummer..to bad for the Broncos but time of possession is the key in the playoffs and they can't seem to control the ball. Its tough on the road.........

I don't know what to think of Plummer's play. I don't know if he's afraid to throw it down the field, or if that is by design. One time, they showed him as 9 out of 10 for 43 yds! Not even five yards a completion! The pick was like so many I remember. Down by a bunch, throwing up a duck.

Who'd a thunk it? Indy-Denver a romp, and Seattle-Green Bay one for the ages!

I think it is clearly by design. Shanahan will give Jake the opportunity to do it with his feet (qb sneak on 1st down) but not with his arm.

Denver's number 62 on the o-line is killing them.

Indy's Stokely is looking like the second coming agianst Denvers secondary.

Jakes arm sucks..it always has. He throws short passes and that is what Denver is all about. You shut that down, you shut them down.

Shanahan says that Jake can make all the throws... but, what does he know...:D

Same old Plummer ? He's the 5th ranked QB in the NFL... 9 - 2 as a starter during the season... Don't remember that kind of ranking when he was in Arizona...

Anyone who'd blame Jake for this debacle isn't watching the same game I'm seeing. Manning has shredded the Denver defense... and Neil's penalties killed what little momentum the Broncos had.

I agree that Jake didn't lose this game, but IT'S STILL WONDERFUL TO WATCH JAKE'S BRONCOS GET THEIR A$$E$ BEAT.

That's because Clinton Portis didn't play as well when he was in an Arizona uniform either. And Shanahan is a much better coach in Denver than he was in Arizona.

His stats from this season really mean little and mean absolutly nothing today. The point was that Manning has had the ball all game because a Plummer led offense can't stay on the feild... he is the same old weak armed Qb...regardless of whether he has better players around him and wins more games.

Manning has what? 5 touchdown passes.... and you can interpret that ass kicking of the Denver defence as somehow Jake's fault! Geez... if he's such a liability... wonder why Denver didn't hire that strong armed guy we ended up with last off season.

Yes....Jakes fault to answer your post since you ignore the point on all posts. He can't keep his Offense on the field using up time so Peyton doesn't get the ball.....savvyyy?

So if we put the Denver team in Cardinal Red... Jake's still in Arizona.

P.S. at the end of this game the great Peyton Manning, who has tools galore (and has had for years)... will be tied with Jake in playoff wins...

I wonder if a secret poll was taken among NFL GM's on this question:

"Who would you rather have as QB, Plummer or Manning?"

Do you think Jake would get even one vote?

Duh! The Colts effectively shut down Denver's running game, the key to staying on the field, and again... that's Jake's fault. Didn't know he had take responsibility for the piss poor job by his offensive line. How many drive killing penalties did Neil have...? ... 5...

Probably not... but then, again.. there are probably no more than a couple of QBs in the league who'd get a vote...

True.

This game makes me want to draft Eli more than the Cotton Bowl did.
