Robinson is one of the most experienced players on the team. He has played a major role the last two years being a consistent calming force on our line. Two 15 yard penalties are inexcusable in that situation, and yet, my money is that it is the ref who was guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct. The bottom line is that the Cards rallied and won the game. Should it have been close? No, but it was. You never know how a game will turn on emotion. These penalties did not cost our team the game, that is what matters.

I will give Robinson a breather here. Sometimes as a team leader you have to let the refs know that the team won't roll over bad calls like other teams do when playing the Pittsburg steelers or P. Manning.

One has to stick up to the refs for the team. Whoever thinks the NFL refs are fair and neutral are just dreaming. Of course they favor some teams and players more than others. Example: Steelers and P. Manning

Yeah the 2nd penalty was kinda too much but I am very sure it will never happen again.

Just watching the game, it seemed to me that Robinson probably said something that touched the ref's hot button. Each official has one, and as soon as you go near it, the flags are going to come out, regardless of the sport. In baseball - you get ejected. In football, you're going to get an unsportsmanlike conduct call.

Robinson just couldn't let it go, and the ref was pretty pissed about it too, it looks like. Regardless, some cooler heads prevailed, just wished they had done so a bit sooner and pulled Robinson away before he had to go talk to the ref the second time.

you mean something like this: warning there is some not so nice language in this.Still, pretty funny.
