Apr. 24—Minnesota Duluth track and field athletes Mackenzie Hall and Maddie Verkerke posted top five finishes Friday at the prestigious Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa. Hall, a junior from Dodgeville, Minnesota, finished third in the 5,000-meter run in 17 minutes, 30.80 seconds.
