Saw some speculation that Thaddeus Young may get bought out. If true he'd probably be my #1 choice. He hasn't fallen off a cliff this year like a lot of the other names being mentioned and plays the position that needs the most help
Does he have much left in the tank? Looks like he’s done next to nothing this season.

He's only playing ~15mpg and his 3% has fallen off a cliff but he and Love are really the only guys that still have a positive net rating of the names being mentioned. I think he'd be a better fit than Love imo.

I like the idea of Reggie Jackson and Thaddeus Young.

The Suns have 2 regular roster spots available, if they do not move any two-way players (Ish Waintight or Saban Lee) to the regular roster.

I have an extreme interest in him signing with the Grizz, Clippers or Mavs.
Why? He seemed to be doing pretty well coming off the bench for Lakers, no? Was in discussion for 6th man of the year at some point I believe…

No, he had no prayer of winning 6th man. Statistically, he's among the worst players in the league this year. The Lakers were WAY worse when he was on the court.

Terrible, inefficient offense and he truly does not play defense... at all.

It's been 4 years since Westbrook had a season where he was a net positive player. He hid his decline by obscene levels of stat padding, but nothing hides it anymore.

I'm glad Flex say Westbrook is a possibility because that eliminates any chance of it happening.

I'd bet he ends up in Chicago. Thought that since he was waived. He'll reunite with Billy Donovan, who can reign him in better than anyone else.

Ha, right. That guy knows nothing. He thought Durant was going to end up in Phoenix. What a fool!

Thanks yeah I see what you mean after taking a closer look at his stats, hard to believe he was getting so many low-efficiency minutes with them.

That's 100% Ishbia. Saying Flex deserves credit for that is like saying everyone who said we'd get the #1 overall pick back in 2013 was right when we signed Anthony Bennett to a G-League deal 4 years after that draft.

I could be happy with Will Barton and Reggie Jackson as buyout candidates for the Suns.

How is Terrence Ross of a player? Fit the Suns need?

When he plays against the Suns, it feels like he never misses a shot. I like him as a player but I think the Suns have bigger needs.

He's a big wing by today's standards. Has solid hops and can shoot well. I'd really like him. He's a really solid role player who won't cost you games and will even get hot and carry you to a couple of wins. I think his game is similar to Joe Johnson before he broke out with Nash here. Since he's older that's all he's going to be, no upside or untapped potential, but definitely worth a look. Could play some SF but he's been a big SG most of his career. I think he's 6'6" and fairly long.

I'm just giving you a hard time, man. I never said Flex deserves any credit. It's all in fun. I'm not a fan of the guy to be honest although it does seem like he has a connection.

I think we get one buyout guy. Hopefully Barton or Jackson. But doubt we pull two high level buyouts.

My buyout wishlist is Jackson, Love, Ross, Thad Young, Barton, Wall. In that order. I'd be happy with any, ecstatic if we could add 2.

I seldom read Flex but when someone hits a couple of balls out of the park (Paul amd Durant), I give them credit.

He has received a ton of criticism. Few writers are willing to stick their neck out and risk being wrong.

If he was a writer, I'd give him some credit. He's someone whose whole claim to fame is calling the CP3 trade before it happened. Credit for that. Since then he's been wrong on many things and treated as a reliable source when he's proven to be no more connected than anyone here. Somehow he parlayed his CP3 prediction into some level of notoriety. He's really no different than any one who posts here though.
