I'd like to see an average age breakdown by position. We are relatively young at WR and RB. 2 positions where youth matters a lot more. CB doesn't seem particularly old to me either.

I don't really care that we have a 33 year old QB and old K/P. The positions skewing us to oldest team seem to be positions where age isn't as big a deal.

Stats! (Oh you guys)! We're something like an average of 2.18 years away from being the youngest in the NFL.

There it is.

ST guys don't bother me being that old.

Bell and JA are on 1 year contracts.

If they were any good how were we able to get them on one year deals? That's my question about all these great contracts. If the guys were any good why wouldn't their previous team keep them for such cap friendly deals?

As for being old, no big deal. Remember in 2009 the Cards had the most players with the most time in the NFL with the same team. And they kicked azz.

or 1.82 years away from being the youngest. whatever.

You are right. What does matter is the average length of time the players have been with the team.

Bah.

The better question is the average age of our coaches.

It has to be triple digits.
