Defense is laying down so far

What happened to the fight we've been seeing?

Not that they were super talented to start with but me thinks your expectations are too high. We are playing the back ups from the back up level players to begin with due to multiple injuries. Really expecting results from this defense as it stands is almost laughable.

as much as Kyler has sucked I kinda think the defense is a bigger issue.

It is a symbiotic relationship. Kyler isn't giving them any sort of break since he can't gets 1st downs and they can't get stops which leads to long drives and bad offensive environment.

2023 has been a complete waste. Pretty much nothing has been accomplished and learned, and most of that is due to the fact we put an expansion team roster out there most of the year.

I see no reason to have confidence in anyone involved with this team on or off the field going into next year.

Our GM got nailed for tampering, lost high picks, so far drafted no impact makers and then assembled one of the worst Cardinals rosters ever.

Kyler looks exactly like the mediocre or worse QB he’s been since October 2021.

And the team has gotten WORSE over the course of the season.

Someone want to tell me what area of the team we should confidence in going into next season?

Mcbride is literally the only player I think is “good.”
