His problem is he needs big windows. Give him wide open guys and he's good.

But how often does that happen?

That's what I mean by scheme if you can scheme guys open he looks great. He's like young Alex Smith he's afraid to go for the big plays it's why they benched Smith when he was young and why they drafted a QB to replace Jimmy. They run the ball so well and do so much misdirection when you get the big play open you have to hit it and he often doesn't even throw it
