I know he will get another year no matter what but he 100% should be fired if year 3 is yet again another losing/non playoff season.

Yep. Played pretty solid all game, then does crap like this. This is some of the stuff why he'll remain a meddling QB and not push a team to seriously compete. The little things. Steve Smith even called him out for it.. for good reason.

Right. Overall he wasn’t bad. Just can’t get over the hump as a quarterback and is who he is at this point of his career. An overall average quarterback who does a few things here and there that make guys think he can be special while at the same time consistently breaking your heart with dumb plays.
