True, but also what's not going to change is a mediocre offense.

I've said it before, and I don't know how much more evidence we need, but Kyler is a fair weather QB. Put him in games that mean nothing, against a defense that suits how he wants to play, and he can look great, but a whole bunch of stars need to align for that to happen.

The rest of the time it's a constant struggle, and we can all feel it while watching the games. We all knew the result of that game as soon as he threw the first pick.
Just have to figure out how to mitigate it at this point.

Zero motivation to follow this team for reminder of season. I have been fan of K1 but do not see any future success while he is still QB tbh. What more can this team honestly do on offense that's going change anything moving forward? This QB going to fake fanbase looking all world for few games again next season, only to collpase when it matters again smh

Darius Robinson played 30 defensive snaps in the Cardinals loss to the Seahawks. D-Rob just an assisted tackle in the game and held at bay like the rest of the Cards front 7.
Considering all the pre-season hype we saw with Marv in training camp and how overblown that was, maybe we should start looking at how off the hype train could have been for this first round reach as well.

It was maddening to see the defense get beat on the same plays over and over yesterday. Seattle ran as many counters in that game as they had in weeks 1-13 combined according to Mina Kimes. The Cards just couldn't do anything to stop those plays. It was also the first time all year that Seattle didn't allow a sack.

first drive seattle marched down but our d finally found their legs in the he redzone - held them to a field goal - everything looked normal on defense - then kyler murray happened - twice

It was like watching our defense from the first 6 games of the season. Much like the Washington game. Nobody got off a block and put heat on Geno. They only way we got even close was by blitzing and Geno always knew where the blitz was coming from. The run game? We knew what was coming and still couldn't stop it.

All the progress the D had made in the middle of the season seemed to have evaporated.

It's very early days, but I did say Robinson had massive bust potential at DT and I haven't seen anything to change my mind.

The dude seeks engagement, like he thinks he can only beat someone with power. Should have drafted T'Vondre Sweat.

Should’ve doubled up on WR and drafted Brian Thomas. 2 rookie contracts at what is looking like the most expensive position outside of QB nowadays

Member what a dominant force Rondale was every offseason? How about Dortch this offseason? Perhaps that's a function of them playing vs. the Cardinals!

Thomas went 4 picks earlier. Heck I'd have taken Johnny Newton over Robinson and said so at the time. I really wasn't a fan of the Robinson pick at all.

kyler needs to go

This is really easy to say. Very hard to make a reality. We don't have a quick fix available for QB. The draft this year is a terrible draft for QBs. Our number 2 is Clayton Tune who nobody thinks he is good enough to start and win. Dump Kyler in a trade and tank next season is probably our best shot to get another QB as high pick. Miss on that draft and we are looking at a decade, minimum of misery.

Can you really stomach more of the Kyler show? 6 years isn't enough?
