Humphries got beat..I am not arguing that. But QBs have to move in the pocket to buy time. That is what they are taught to do. JUst like OTs are taught to not get beat inside because even if they get beat outside the QB can move up in the pocket to escape or buy time.

Re-watch the play, there is no one except a LB in front of him. You have to feel pressure and climb the pocket to gain time. That is what pocket mechanics are. Most OTs are willing to get beat up the field because that is what they are taught as it allows QBs to step up.
