Yes, the plan is to cut 2013 salaries to try and offset the dead money incurred by cutting Kolb, Bradley and Wilson. Not sure that is something to get excited about as a fan. As a fan I would prefer them to not count the dead money and instead use the savings of cut players to improve the overall talent of the roster. That would excite me.
