Well it needs to happen, Marty Schottenheimer is interviewing in Tampa, I wish we could get him at GM but I am open to being wrong, I would like to support Whiz fully and long term. But offense is a problem OC and QB coach were bad moves by him as I've shouted before it was popular.

I would prefer Grimm to step up at OC and fill the oline coach with somebody new. Grimm could be great if Whiz let him. let haley take the ASST HC / QB Coach role.

WHIZ has tried PGC, RGC, Miller at OC - bless his heart he keeps being a mad scientist but we need Smart tough discipline, the philosphy Whiz came to AZ with, This is a really good sign- Don't know if He can keep Mike Miller at OC now?

I won't pile on more now, but Thank you Whiz.

Peyton Manning needs a stronger QB coach than most, I disagree with none! Haley fits that bill, he'll roll in the dirt with Manning, if he has too, And Peyton likes it a lil rough, contrary to popular belief.

The move could free up a position to hire former Chiefs coach and former Cards OC Todd Haley. The Cards would likely demote OC Mike Miller to QBs coach and make Haley the OC.

Russ Grimm could be OC for many teams not just the Cardinals. No I don't have a grading scale for Coaches but I should, and will from this point forward!

I'll stick my neck out there and you all can chop it off, but there are definate stength and weakness skill sets and standards thereof at coaching positions.

Chuck Knoll and then Shula.

Russ Grimm is better HC than half the current coaches, including Ken Whisenhunt- He won't overthink it or play reindeer games he'll punch in the mouth and Eat pain like Candy that it is. Whiz is tough enough and stubborn but He thinks himself into mistakes every singlle game. He may be adjusting after Kurt finally!

What do you think? besides thesmel is a so and so? Besides I like being a hoot...

Grimm knows if he does to well, Whiz will cut him after the last preseason game. I suppose Fisher is Better?

IMO Yes it does. I highly doubt this move would be made right now if Haley isn't already a given as the OC.
