If they would have built it right next to the concession stands, that would work. That's how they do it in soccer stadiums in the UK. They have both pop up places and ones in the stadium.If someone built a sportsbook in Old Town or off Mill Ave that would make a ton of sense. There are two next door to each other downtown and I will skeptical if both can survive.
