Football Outsiders quantified it on Monday, tabbing the unit with the most adjusted games lost of any offense or defense in the NFL. Instead of simply adding up games missed, the analytics site weighted it by the worth of the players.

The Cardinals lost 74.8 games of offense in the formula, which included the absence of star running back David Johnson

Valid enough, but the eye test would tell you last year that Carson wasn't looking very good. I don't think Gabbert and Stanton were better by any means, but I don't think we would have had many more wins with CP in.

Now, DJ? I'm calling it a three game swing.

Me first!!

Meh, BA's offense was old and stale and he could no longer call plays and/or make adjustments, Palmer retired a year too late, DJH wasn't very good even when he played and shouldn't be a LT in this league, DJ was only the best RB in the NFL one season and was only averaging 1.81 yds a carry in his last two games leading up to the injuries, so you cant judge based on that. 8-8 w/o them, 8-8 with them.

Actually Humphries was playing pretty well.
