You crazy if you think they made a bad choice and didn't move up. They got who they wanted and Reddick will be a great player.

So, as usual, we were gun shy and scared to make any real moves, had two teams specifically jump ahead of us and had a bevy of stallions on the board but we had our ----- in our hands. So beyond pathetic. I haven't been this disgusted in the team in a long time. Could've had him ten picks from now. It's Buccanon all over again except he was at least at the end of the round. What a joke.

What would you have been happy with?? Trade up one spot like the idiot bears did?

I don't hate Reddick. I'm just disgusted that the first round went exactly like I was desperately hoping it wouldn't.

Arians has tweeted that Reddick reminded him of Von Miller, only smaller. It's obvious the Cardinals were going with Reddick over any QB option.

Safe pick. Cards are tired of risky picks (knuckleheads or injury prone). If Bask had him in their top 5 thats good enough for me. Go Cards!

We're going to start maybe seeing some trades back into the first round if it's going to happen.

Jabrill to Cleveland! That means they'll run with Osweiler, suck badly one more year, build the hell out of their team, and pick Darnold first next year.

Costner is on the job over there this year.

No, I def didn't want to move up. No way. I don't care that we didn't take a QB either. I wouldn't have unless Mahomes fell and even though I'd have taken him, I would've felt a little nauseated over it lol. My issue is both that we stood pat to take a pick I feel like could've been had later and passed on a few guys who I think would've helped the team more, i.e. Hooker, Allen, Foster. Its not that I don't like Reddick at all. I just felt like the team was scared to take a shot because of some of their recent first round failures. Doesn't matter at this point. Did my immediate soapbox thing. He's a Cardinal now. Love the guy lol.

I am with Cardsfan. The real issue is your drafting someone who has never played MLB. I like Reddick and think he will turn out ok, but we are going to turn a guy who has never played the position. If Foster and Hooker were gone then it would have been a good pick. Hopefully he turns out to be a all pro ..

For one of the three QBs to drop to us, first off, or make a move up to secure Watson after KC grabbed Mahomes. Barring that, to have drafted Malik Hooker.

I was essentially praying that one of the three QBs dropped, or at least one of the two WRs. After 2017, this team is going to be playing for 3rd place in the division. Our future is looking pretty bleak from where I'm sitting.

I'm displeased with this pick too. I'm really tired of our approach to the first round lately. This is the 13th pick in the draft. I want to read things like "will step in immediately and lock down X" position. I'm not going to get excited about "can immediately be inserted into sub-packages!" and "will provide depth at a number of positions."

This is the modern day NFL. When you have a pick this high, you need to go for the home run, not bunt. And, make no mistake--with the names left on the board, we frickin' BUNTED. Gah, the board was set up for a can't-miss, day 1 defensive starter...and we took another frickin' project. How do you take a project at #13?

Yeah that's never happened to us before. Lol

I think they wanted them as well. Exactly why you don't let those things leak out. Oh well let's hope they bust now

The only other guy I would have like them to take that was still on the board besides Reddick was Hooker. I'm really shocked they didn't get Hooker. I'm still happy about this pick, but still thinking Hooker would have been our instant number 2 CB across for PP.
