It doesn't matter. I played WR. You always run through your pattern....always. There is always a chance of getting a call for pass interference with contact and there is always a chance that you can prevent an interception. That was Boldin's fault.

This team couldn't possibly blow it any more ways. They have broken down in every way possible.

Bad Throw - check
WR giving up on a play - check
Bad blocking - Check
Running Back fumbles - Check
Giving up big run play - Check
Giving up big pass play - Check
Getting ran over at the line of scrimmage - Check
Team lacking maturity - Check.

Also, penalties on special teams.

17 points is not a big deal to come back from if we can stop turning the Damn ball over and get a couple more sacks and a turnover or two to capitalize on...

True, if we were up 17, I'd be nervous as hell right now.

So for Wells it's a expereince thing then in pass protect, that seems to be something backs get better at with time, I was afriad that the coach just wants to be correct so bad and maybe was forced to take Wells by Graves and the FO (but I don't follow those details that closely). It's unfortunate because I think Wells would open up the passing game in the second half, we are only down 3 scores, but I am guessing we'll see 80% passing and mostly shot gun formations.

You really can see the difference when they run. And like you just said. Beanie is still progressing in the pass protection area. Missing a bungh of time this summer was a big reaso. No reps = no experience.

They have integrated him more and more over the last few weeks. In the end, he will get more touches. Probably be the starter by week one of next year.

When they run, I can easily see why one was a 5th rounder and one was a first rounder. Beanie can be amazing. But he fumbles also. :bang:

Give San Fran Credit They know how to accept presents...Tis the season..

It's far from a gift. We are just a better team than you guys especially on defense. We are still raw (that's why we have a losing record), but we've played hard all year, losing 6 games by a few points.

My hope upon hope is that the Cardinals come out and play for 7 points. That's all they need to do is just stay within themselves and just focus on getting 1 TD. Whatever follows, follows.

But they will be in desperation, let's score 17 in one play mode and things will just get worse.

And for Christ's sakes, can we just start wells each game and be done with it?

Give timmy six or seven or eight carries and lets get some consistency in the running attack.

Everyone take a deep breath, we still have a half of football left to play to come up with 17 points and a FG to win the game...plenty of time guys.

I don't know about you guys, but I fire matty out there for the 2nd half.

I doubt that would work, Matt needs a running game to be a value add QB, Warner is a slinger and we probably need to slign our way back into this, also a ST or defense TD is necessary to change momentum. (sp sucks sorry got blue moon in the kegerator tonight baby)

Problem is we have shown absolutely nothing to have this belief
