This game has made the rest of the season much easier, I really don't care now. Crap OL making every game an ordeal and most of our games becoming a crap shoot and it was a matter of time till Lady Luck left.

We can only win so many with smoke and mirrors.

If it hadn't been for Skelton's 17 yard pass to Fitz on 4th and 11 we'd have never had a chance to see that 61 yard FG by Feely and would have lost in regulation anyway. But 2/10? That's bad.

This game just highlights our biggest flaws.

1-Our QB play is terrible. Yes, both of them.

2-Our most instinctive runner this season was cut twice before by us. Powell does not seem to be a dynamic back, but he seems to have good instincts.

3-Our offensive line lacks the ability to win one on one matchups across the board. We do not have one offensive linemen who can consistently beat the man across from him. This is a problem.

The rest of it is just window dressing. We need defensive depth at every level, and we need more production from our entire TE and WR corp.

A historically putrid defense. Play numbers all you want, but you're just deluding yourself. Have fun in fantasy land playing patty cake with Kolb. They both suck. S-U-C-K, suck. I would agree with him. You can't make wholesale changes at this point of the season so all you can do is tweak some things and try to not beat yourself. We played terribly and almost won the game.

Yes. Neither Kolb or John Skelton are above average QBs.

I honestly don't think Kolb sucks at all. He just never has time for the play to develop to make a play. Yes, there are some plays he should have thrown it quicker, like that safety but other then that, when he gets time, he is good.

This is about the same point in the season as last year when Horton supposedly made major changes in the Defense isn't it?

I'm gonna say that any NFL QB would struggle or be very inconsistent with this Oline. A pass rush is a QB killer in this league.

Agree 100%. Those who think they're capable of analyzing either QB accurately behind this line are either lying, ignorant, or desperate for attention.
