To chicken-fry a steak instead of grilling it is sacrilege - like lining up Peyton Manning as your fullback. :)

:barf: I don't know if you've had/make chicken fried steak, but believe me that you do not want to put a cut of beef for chicken-fried steak on the grill. CFS uses about the gnarliest, gristliest cuts of beef on the damn cow. You have to put the thing through a meat tenderizer two or three times to make it edible.

You wouldn't chicken fry a tenderloin or T-bone, but you don't want to grill the bottom round that you use for CFS.

Just more Yankee idiocy. CFS a sacrilege!?!?!

The current Texas Diet Plan: Chicken Fried Steak, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Pinto Beans and a Diet Coke.

That was the Yankee Friendly one...

you actually meant" The current Texas Diet Plan: Chicken Fried Steak, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Pinto Beans, side order of jalapenos, and a cold Shiner beer"

AND, people up north need to remember one thing...TEXAS IS CATTLE COUNTRY, we are complete experts on such matters, Texas is the church of all beef related actions :)

I can tell you guys are from Texas.

The rest of the south it might look like:

Country ham, red eye gravy, grits, blackeyed peas, and iced tea.

Favorite meal ever, courtesy of the Hominy Grill in Charleston, SC

T-Bone steak, grits, redeye gravy, and a sunny side up egg. Mix the grits, gravy and eggs together. Amazing.

iced tea rocks down here in Texas as well, the area around Central Texas is often referred to as the BBQ Belt and you can throw BBQ Sausage and potato salad into the mix. This is making me hungry and thinking about tailgating lo...and the ad choices now above the thread is loaded with steak references LOL

Its final in my book. Easiest 50 bucks I ever made :)

OUCH. :mulli: :D And yes, I am in.

.1pts per yard (Pass/Rush/Rec)
6pts per TD (Pass/Rush/Rec)
.5pts per rec

Along with the outs on he bet due to injuries or players being cut before the regular season (me $20/you all $10)

We good?
