This dude looked beyond shot the last two years when he got on the field.
Do you have any factual to support this or just your usual unsubstantiated barf?

It’s quite interesting following your posts. You state something negative where the maximum level of arguments is on the level of “my dad can beat your dad”.

And then attack people for having a different view and demanding documentation worthy of a scientific paper while offering zero yourself

Honestly, if Jacoby is here last season, I think he comes in the first Sesttle game. Tune was warm and ready when the trainers were all over Kyler in the second half, but one legged Kyler is better than Tune.

Odd...in that Gannon has been high on Tune...and his only role is as a backup QB....no one thinks hes being considered as a starter.

Then you bring in Brisset...who would be more of a mentor/#3 at this point....maybe a #2....but man he looks washed.

If its "Murray is out 2 games and you HAVE to win 1".....then yes I guess I would still take Brisett over Tune, but at that point we might as well just cut ties
They traded for Ridder last year to be the back up and he couldn't beat out Tune. They wanted to upgrade last year, but it failed.

And some people like to pick the peanuts out of the crap the Cardinals continually serve us and laud it as actual food.

Super crazy for me to not be over the moon signing a washed back up even for a backup after going 12-22 in the last two years, while failing to get Daniel Jones, a backup QB with upside.
“Daniel Jones has upside” is pretty hysterical. He’s also in year 7 now. And has been utter crap. What upside does he actually possess?

I like it. I still wish we were able to find someone to come in and "compete" with Kyler (more realistically push him), but this is a needed backup.

I would like to still draft a possible developmental guy in the 5th+. Milroe maybe?

It's very likely that Tune is also better than Jacoby Brissett. Only the coaches know for sure. Desmond Ridder started NFL games last season, and Tune pretty clearly beat him out (at least in the coaches' minds).

Is there a ton of evidence that Jacoby Brissett is better than Desmond Ridder? I'd love to know how many people talking up Black Chase Daniels here have actually seen a Brissett start in the past three years.

And if you have -- are you all right? There are better things to do with your life.

lol… all this coming from the guy who makes LUDICROUS statements over blowing every Cardinals “accomplishment” and then calls out the size of poster’s manhood when proven demonstrably wrong?

He can actually MOVE with his legs, which is all of a lot more than Brisset can say with an arm that’s shot and now runs like he’s in mud.

And I never said he’s got starting QB upside, but he’s a hell of a lot better than Brissett as a backup, if for no other reason because he has functional legs and they can be used as a weapon.

Just a reminder of Brissett's production of late:

19-34 as a starter
21 starts in the past five seasons (7-14 in that period)
Career 61.1% passer, 6.5 YPA

I got sick week one of the NFL season and it was the only game on as I laid in bed! Leave me alone. :barf:

I have asked for you to argue your point first before I spend more time argueing mine in three different posts - you have shown none.

So now you just post blatant lies to avoid having to argue your view. Nice one!

FYI. Don’t use the my dad can beat your dad. My dad might be old, but he’s ex special forces.

BTW. When have I called out anyone's manhood?

Ridder only started because the other two QBs in LV were injured and he was really bad in that one start with a QBR of 28. Cousin beat him with 11 completions and 111 yards passing.

Otherwise, you're probably right.

People just want to complain I guess.

Brissett has started 5 games in the last 2 years, all for a garbage Pats.

I need to see the money but it's a solid signing. One of the better backup QBs in the league.
Really? Be honest. You would have supported them if they signed Jacqueline Bisset.

You would pay Jones 14 mil a year to back up Murray? I would not, nor do I think he's any better than Jacoby. It's a wash IMO. But Jacoby is half the price but much older.

A team which offense seems predicated on the run signs a vet QB to hopefully play it smart if the starter is absent for a few games... this team is making sense finally other than calling a guy during the season

Okay… I wouldn’t have ponied 14 million for Jones, but that doesn’t change the fact that we are scraping the bottom of the barrel for a backup QB. Again.
