don't know a darn thing about him, but this is the kind of move that other teams make and all of a sudden something clicks, he turns out to be the right person at the right time,
and the whole team takes off, someday something like that is gonna happen for us, perhaps todays the day :)

Wow... being a Card fan is a sickness isn' it?

I'm almost prone to say I'd take his not knowing the playbook and playing rather than Josh knowing it and stinking it up. Rohan's heart is much bigger than Josh's.

Really! Then he might want to see a cardiologist. That can be fatal.

Warner is still the answer!!

To what? A trivia question?

Former grocery bagger that rose to Super bowl fame and MVP status, who fell back to earth in the form of an overrated washed up has been.

Who is Kurt Warner?

I'll take profoundly ******** Right Tackles for 800.

As for Rohan...eh, whatever. Just waiting for the first Lord of the Rings (Pohan) joke/reference.

Can we get a new fan section called the Riders of Rohan? All in armor with swords? :ducksandrunsfrompeoplereadytomakedirtyjokesofthesuggestion:

Sound move, if they make it. It's unclear how many weeks Warner will be out, and having Navarre as our only option behind McCown scares me.

This gives us more depth and Navarre could be PS'd when Warner is healthy couldn't he? Without having seen much of Davey, I have to believe being brought up in a winning system at NE under Charley Weis's tutilege can't be all bad.

In NE, Davey had problems keeping his weight down and played badly two successive pre-seasons. It's still a good move, I think, because Warner can't play behind this line and stay healthy.

Even if Kurt comes back soon, I give him two games before he's gone again.

I don't think signing an immobile, relatively green (no pun intended) QB is going to make much difference. Besides, won't it be mid season before he's even up to speed with the playbook or has any timing with his receivers?

Dude. What's up with your fascination with the Cards? I know we're popular and all. Perhaps the Seahawk board isn't as fun eh?

Josh is many things but immobile is not one of them.

But sprinting to your own goal line to fumble the ball is not generally considered a positive trait.

*Sigh* I really don't see how this helps us really. Its just another project in another list of long projects for this team.

We can't run the ball and we can't stop the run. So what do we do? Sign a QB. And we wonder why this team has sucked for years.

We slit our throats and are trying to cover it with a single band-aid. The sad part is some people actually believe this will stop it.

I hope Rohan lives up to his potential and becomes something special. I really do but until the rest of the problems are fixed, this move does precisely DICK in helping us win

Most NFL teams keep three healthy QBs on the roster.
