If you can’t find 40% of your first rounders as impact players you’re not a good GM. You might be average. But excuse me for wanting better than average. You can stick with a losers mentality. Lol.

It's not a losers mentality it's reality a reality you refuse to acknowledge. The NFL draft is a flat out crap shoot.

I didn't say that. Come on now you're better then that.

Keim has made some mistakes and I'm not talking about off the field either. I'm just saying he has done some positive things and lead us to success (as god awful as this franchise has been). That should be a factor in balancing out the decision on whether he stays or goes
No one is choosing to ignore that. He’s done some good, primarily in trades. But this is the nfl. Not for long. Pro Sports is 100% why have you done lately. And his drafts are by most accounts poor. Can’t rely on those because the players you need don’t always become available.

my issues with Keim:

1. Hired a HC that brought a completely different offensive and defensive philosophy. the change is greater than he realized, and, has added at least an offseason or two to the timeframe to get the team back to playoff contention.

2. Failure to build an offensive line. Iupati and Pugh are expensive and the line neither run blocks or pass protects well. The line spent most of the second half today getting whipped.

3. The team went into training camp with RSJ as its only healthy TE with NFL game experience. RSJ is a poor blocker and still developing player. This, for an offense that by design was going to be based on the run and the short passing game.

4. at one point, the team had Badger, Tony Jefferson and DJ Swearinger. They have none of them now because he gave Badger a giant contract while recovering from a second ACL.

Cooper was not even considered the best Guard in that draft. Chance Warmack was. And you don’t draft a Guard in the top 10. He was also an “introvert.”

Warmack was the guy I wanted and he sucks to. That was one of the weakest drafts at the top in the last 20 years go back and look at that top ten it turned out brutal

Dude you gotta stop living the past... which wasn't even that glorious with a whopping ONE playoff win and 2 appearances in what will be SIX YEARS.

1 PLAYOFF WIN - 6 YEARS.

Yea for all the BA love he really wasn’t so hot overall. And his boneheaded coaching cost us many games. Don’t get me wrong we certainly could have done worse and the teams were entertaining.

I'd say mixed is a better way to describe his drafts. We're all trying to figure out who the people responsible is for this mess.

Like I said I have issues with him and I'm still undecided on whether he should go.

McCoy can be gone tomorrow and I wouldn't care.
Wilks gets to the end of the year and needs to be told to leave the offensive side of the ball alone (as weird as it sounds he could learn from what Herm Edwards is doing at ASU - just be CEO)
