Closer job

I know Brandon Lyon has been named the closer but I am getting a little concerned as we get closer to the regular season. I have seen Brandon pitch twice this spring and both times he has been hit hard. I know it's only spring training games but he has not impressed me at all. His velocity is down and he is not throwing many breaking pitches. I am wondering if maybe he is hurt?

Brandon's line yesterday looks like this:
two-thirds of an inning and he gave up five runs on five hits. His era for this spring is 16.20.

Same, I'm not real sure why they didn't just make Pena the closer already... Lyon is clearly better as a set-up type guy.

yea same, i don't know why but i just like a hard throwing closer. cause breaking balls can stay high, but a good fastball is more consistent.
