He needs to humble himself and become an assistant for a few years or go down to college and prove he can coach a team to some success if wants another NBA job. I can't see him getting another shot anywhere anytime soon. He doesn't have a great resume as a coach and the Bucks improvement this year without him points more towards his shortcomings as a coach than anything else.
