Smirky Boy says Cleveland got robbed? To quote retired singing celeb (Jaye P Morgan) -

"Try to imagine how little I care."

Oh that's right, you have a magic ball that let's you know what would've happened and to say it's rediculious to say "no one knows" is arrogant. You can not say wether or not he would've come down in bounds and neither can I. I was pointing out how stupid Collinsworth said he would've "clearly" come down in bounds, he doesn't know that. And again you insult me by calling me rediculious, you have a bad habit of coming off very condescending , to me in particular.

Exactly. Its obnoxious to take this position that essentially says: anyone that disagrees this was a bad call is arguing in bad faith or, in other words, lying. I've been around the water cooler this morning with both Cardinals fans and haters alike and there is no consensus among either group that this was a bad call. The Seahawk fan or anyone else should take any position they want but it would be nice if they wouldn't do so by making everyone choose to either agree with them or admit that they must some sort of dishonest homer.

FWIW--

King doesnt see it as clear cut. Michael Silver doesnt either.

Also:

there also is an unwritten rule on hail mary type plays: for a ref to make a call, things better be clear as day.

Several years ago -- (Jets/Dolphins IIRC) a team got hosed on a pass interference call on a hail mary play. In the middle of the jostling, pushing, etc -- the ref threw a flag -- giving the offense a chance from the one to score, which they did.

So the NFL made a "point of emphasis" that basically said on hail mary plays: swallow the whistle.

Unless it's Nate Poole shutting up a nearly 2/3 majority of Vikings fans in our house.

Oh, what a happy day that was.

For the record, I have never called you "rediculous". So it's okay for you to call Collinsworth stupid for his opinion but I'm being condescending for saying that your concept was ridiculous? Okay. At any rate, I said "my bad" if I came off as condescending. Not sure what more you're looking for here.

Have you been forced to do either? I don't remember breaking anyone's knee caps for disagreeing with me. Holy crap. You say "I didn't mean it to sound bad" and people continue crying anyway. Enough already.

IMO the Browns were robbed. Too bad. That's what everyone says when it happens to us. Often.

It was Winslow not Edwards

Chris Collinsworth said Edwards would've have "clearly" come down in bounds if he wasn't forced out and therefore Cleveland was robbed of a victory. How does he know how he would've come down??
He's an idiot

The int they gave the Browns negated a Cardinal drive that would have possibly resulted in at least 3 points. The Edwards TD if properly negated may have resulted in only 3 points or nothing thus making the last play with Winslow irrelevant. These referees blew.
