Hey look at that! A lefty made CarGo look silly at the plate!! Go figure!!! Geeez Tory - it's not rocket science! That should've been the case last night dammit!!!
Once again a great starting pitching outing wasted by TL
And yet all the sports talk shows will continue to kiss his ass

I wouldn't call his pitching great. He did walk 5 guys.
He should've left Walker in the game... What was the point in taking him out?
Plenty good enough for a win... Had TL only left him in...
Hindsight 20/20. If he would have left him in and he stunk it up, we will all be saying why did he leave him in. He left him in an extra inning several games ago and he stunk and we were all over TL for keeping him in.
Without JDM I doubt the Dbacks would even be in the wild card race.JD!!!

I dunno... I mean, don't short-sell the second half run that guys like Lamb, Drury, Peralta and Pollock have had! Oh, ummm... wait a sec.
I dont know if it looked as bad on TV or not, but being there in person last night... Our guys look absolutely LOST at the plate. Gray didn't walk a single batter, but trust me, we should have walked about 5 times but guys were flailing at just HORRIBLE pitches up there. It was hard to watch at times..
Yep I was just going to edit my post and add: And if they weren't swinging at garbage, they were watching meatballs go over the plate for called strike 3.Yep... and then taking meatballs time and again - especially Goldy... Ugh...

It's impossible to overstate the importance of the game tonight... We win and our lead is back to 4 games... we lose and it's down to 2 heading into the finale tomorrow where another loss all but wipes out our lead over the Rockies, not to mention what the Cardinals and Brewers are up to.
Yet, I just saw that Goldy is at Phoenix Children's Hospital today, bringing some smiles to kids faces who are dealing with trials you and I will hopefully never face.
It's impossible not to completely admire and respect this man. I am sure he is feeling extremely frustrated with his performance since coming back from time off with the elbow. And I'm also sure his elbow isn't anywhere close to 100% and I wouldn't be surprised if he has some surgery after the season is over. And instead of pouting or feeling sorry for himself, he chooses to give of himself. A rare breed indeed...
You were there again?
That explains everything.
