If the Colts and the Patriots both go 16-0, and say that the patriots play at 1:00 and the Colts play at 4 that week. Would that me that the Colts technically have the record because they were last team to do it based on the time of the game?

we'll see. It seems as if the shoe is on the other foot now between these two teams. the pats look like the high powered TD passing team that the media loves. now the colts are just those boring SB defending champs that have great balance and just find ways to win every week. I think the colts can definitely win this game. Actually, I think they will.

I think so too. Does anyone really think the Colts can't hang 50 on teams if they wanted to pass 7 times straight up 30?

I think the Colts should start scoring like that, if they can. Then maybe they would be able to give Peyton a quarter off and let Sorgi get some real game experience.

The Super Bowl comes very early this year. In fact, it should be next week, in the RCA Dome, and the one at the end of the season could be designated as Super Bowl "B".

I have a hard time believing any NFC team will make a game of the SB with one of these teams being the AFC rep.

What about a tie?

Patriots roll. Indy's corners vs NE's receivers is the story of the game.

patriots are going to win...i doubt it will even be as good as hyped.

They play in Indy...Colts haven't been trying to run up the score on teams and they haven't been as healthy (should be by next week)...I think the Pats should be favored but the Colts have more than a fair chance to win

I don't know if I like the Colts in this one - BB, for all of his faults, has assembled a tremendous team, and is a monster in tape review and strategy. Can the Colts win? Yes. Will they - I don't think so. Do I want them to win? Yes.

The Colts will keep this game close and I wouldn't be shocked if they win. Why? Peyton Manning. He can audible out of anything the PAts throw at him. I see this as a high scoring game. The last team to score wins.

I think the Colts have a very good chance, because they can use their own headsets vs the Pats infamous 'cuts out at critical moments' visitor headsets. Also, Dungy is well aware of Bellicheats tricks, and takes counter measures.

If this was a home game for the Pats, no way Colts could pull it off.

Is everything
I'm pulling for the Colts. Very interesting game.

Looks like the money line on the Colts to win is about -$250 right now (bet $100 to win $250). That's pretty generous for Indy at home. If more people jump on the NE bandwagon and it gets higher, a nice little wager may be in order.

Colts are a 5.5 point doggie!!

The Colts are going to have steam coming out of their ears and be mumbling stuff about "Disrespect.." by Sunday.

I like the Colts in this game. They will be very motivated to kick butt.

you maybe right. and we all know that if peyton wants to do that they probably can. we've seen it before. I've always thought that the key to being a championship offense is being a balanced one. a balanced offense is almost impossible to stop. and having a balanced offense helps your defense tremendously. I think the colts have that now more than ever. I thought the cowboys were able to move the ball well against the pats with the run and the pass. I don't see why the colts should have a problem there. but with these two teams you really don't know what will truly happen. they are the class of the nfl over the last several seasons.

Brady averages 32 pass attempts per game. Seems pretty average to me...

This won't even be a game. I'm a Manning fan and also respect Dungy a great deal. I even think this Colts team should be considered a great team. However, this won't even be a game. Sans a game-ending injury to Brady, Moss or Welker, I see the Pats winning by big double-digits. Something like 35-10 score is about right...
